How travel creates impact.
1.
You travel
You join a small, community-hosted experience designed around culture, conservation and connection.
2.
Income stays local
90% of travel revenue goes directly to community partners - funding agreed local priorities.
3.
Skills and projects grow
Funds support training, creative enterprise and long-term initiatives through the School of Elevation.
4.
Impact continues
Communities reinvest in future projects - building opportunity beyond a single visit.

Go beyond tourism.
Experience travel created by the communities themselves.
Our immersive experiences connect conscious travellers with Indigenous, tribal, and marginalised communities who are creating their own future through culture, creativity, and collaboration.
Your visit creates ethical income, expands opportunity, strengthens local initiatives, and proves that Trade Over Aid works.

“Last month I had the privilege of travelling to Ghana with my daughter Carly. We spent an unforgettable week working alongside Genevieve Jones-Hernandez and her remarkable social impact platform, Elev-Eight exploring various community projects. I love working for the community people and also I love to support them with a helping hand as well. It was a life-changing experience.”
