Amaya for Africa is not yet part of our School of Elevation, simply because we have not found the right community representative to step into the digital learning process.
But our partnership runs deep. We have visited their makers in Ghana, supported their vision for years and proudly collaborate through their London shop, where they champion artisans with dignity and pride.
With this gift, you purchase the tools and materials the women of Amaya for Africa need to grow their micro businesses. They buy everything locally. And the digital voucher you receive is created by our Elev Eight team in honour of their work and future participation.

About the artisans
Amaya for Africa works with women artisans in Ghana who create hand crafted pieces using traditional skills passed through generations. Each maker leads her own micro enterprise, choosing her materials, setting her pace and shaping her future through creativity. The work is rooted in culture, dignity and community pride. Our role is to strengthen the bridge so their craftsmanship reaches global audiences on their own terms.

About the School of Elevation
The School of Elevation is where everything comes together. Communities get access to digital tools, creative training and a safe space to learn at their own pace. They practise design, storytelling, photography, content creation and e commerce in real time. Every digital voucher you receive is part of their training. They learn by doing, and we invest in those who invest in themselves.
This is not charity. It is opportunity. It is confidence. It is creative entrepreneurship. It is communities building income with the skills they are learning, not with handouts.

Products created by us
Alongside community created products, we also design a small collection of gifts made by the Elev Eight team. They are clearly labelled, visually beautiful and created using photography captured across our journeys, documenting culture with respect and connection. These products help fund emerging communities who are not yet ready to design their own digital vouchers. Every community learns at a different pace, so our team created pieces bridge the gap and keep the circle of elevation moving.
