San Basilio de Palenque is a UNESCO-recognised community known for its unique language and culture. Chef Víctor, his wife Ruth, and their son Bill lead a family project that brings together storytelling, cooking, and tradition.

Build a cultural home where visitors can cook, learn, and experience Palenquero traditions. Create a space that combines ancestral food, music, and local hospitality.
What we are co creating
A leading culinary experience offering cooking workshops, storytelling nights, and music sessions. A YouTube channel and digital product line that share their recipes globally while supporting their local economy.

Our Story Together
We cooked with them, filmed their stories, and saw how history lives in every dish. Víctor is brilliant and full of stories, Ruth brings warmth to every moment, and Bill connects it all digitally. Their dynamic is real and full of humour.
We don’t ask for donations. Instead, we collaborate with communities to co-create physical and digital products, from recipes to experiences, that you can buy, gift, or enjoy.
Every purchase fuels local learning, reinvests into community growth, and supports long-term self-sustainability.
