The Vision
Build a cultural home where visitors can cook, learn, and experience Palenquero traditions. Create a space that combines ancestral food, music, and local hospitality.
Led by chef Víctor, Ruth, and their son Bill, Palenque is building “Sabores de Libertad,” a culinary project that turns ancestral recipes into opportunity and pride, keeping the spirit of resistance alive.
