La Propia Carimañola brings together farmers and traditional cooks from Colombia's Caribbean coast. They have survived armed conflict and the loss of much of their land, and the same land gave them the tools to keep going. They feed the cities with their crops, their cattle and the things that only grow in the countryside. In their kitchens they do not only prepare dishes. They keep memory.

A recognised home for cultural gastronomy in Córdoba, and a responsible travel route that can be repeated in other Colombian regions. A way to get rural products to fairer markets and cut the food lost to poor storage and logistics, with the women's kitchens at the centre.

• Sanitary and INVIMA standards for local food production
• Training in fair trade and market standards
• Storage and a collection point for rural producers
• Digital course production
