Who they are
The Maasai school in the Mara serves more than 750 students from surrounding villages. It is the beating heart of the community, giving children access to literacy, technology, and new possibilities.
Led by Valentine and Julie, and supported by local mentors and elders, the school represents the hope of a generation, a place where culture, education, and innovation come together.
Their vision
To become a model for rural education combining digital learning, sustainable farming, and sports to empower students and nourish the community. The goal is to create a school farm so every child can eat for free while learning about sustainability and food systems.
Shared Vision
Through the School of Elevation, we are now helping the school create sustainable revenue streams that can fund and set up its own farming programme in honour of Beatrice.
The goal is to provide daily meals for all 750 students while teaching practical skills in agriculture, nutrition, and environmental care, turning education into both nourishment and opportunity.
Our Impact So Far
Turning connection into creation.
During our visit in 2023, were we installed 20 computers, a tablet, a projector, and two years of internet, creating the first IT hub in the Maasai Mara.
This gave more than 750 students access to digital learning for the first time, a milestone that opened new doors for the entire community.
This project continues in memory of Beatrice, a remarkable woman who kept children in school by offering them meals every day. Her kindness and determination live on in this next chapter.
Together, we’re proving that self-sustainability, culture, and education can grow side by side to build lasting change.

Our partnership with the Maasai school is about more than education it’s about creating long-term sustainability. Through the School of Elevation, we are helping teachers and students learn digital skills that can generate new sources of income for their community.
Together we are:
Strengthening the school’s digital hub to expand access to creative and technical learning.
Developing a sustainable farming project that will feed all 750 students daily, while teaching agriculture and environmental care.
Building a model of self-funded education where digital knowledge and local farming work side by side to support the school’s growth.
Mentoring students and teachers to turn their creativity, culture, and skills into real opportunities.
