How it works.
A circular model that builds opportunity, not dependency.
1. Skills first
Community creators learn digital and creative skills through the School of Elevation.
2. Co-created projects
Together, we design products,, experiences and stories rooted in local culture.
3. Sales fuel change
Every purchase generates income for community-led projects.
4. Reinvest to grow
90% goest directly to communities. 10% funds the next generation of creators and training.

Digital marketing growth → reinvestment → community programmes → purpose-led travel → global awareness → sustainable scale

Meet the people behind the impact.

Spotlight: Mónica. Funamos, Colombia
Mónica is a youth leader, creator and the digital heart of Funamos, a community led football project supporting more than 200 children in Ovejas, Sucre.
Her creativity and dedication were already strong.
Inside the School of Elevation she simply gained access to better digital tools, new ideas, creative brainstorming, and a global network of mentors who believed in her vision. The rest is her own drive.
With her new digital skills, she captures powerful moments, tells real stories, and amplifies the impact Funamos creates for children every day. Her content is honest, cultural and full of life, showing the world what community leadership looks like.
Mónica reflects what we stand for:
When one person gains access, an entire community erises..
Ways to support real impact.
Every action - whether you shop, learn, partner or connect - helps communities build skills, income and long-term opportunity.
